亲爱的同学们,现将春季学期开学相关事宜通知如下:
Dear students, we hereby inform you of the following matters concerning the start of the spring semester:
所有学生须按时返校报到,按时参加线下学习,线下报到时间为2月14日及16日,地点为留学生管理办公室。请各位同学提前做好返校安排。
All international students should arrive at the university to register at office and attend class on time. (registration duration & venue: February 14 &16, ISO) Please make arrangements for your return to school in advance.
需携带材料 Registration documents:护照 passport、学生证 student red book、成绩单 transcript (hardcopy)
开学2周内未办理报到注册手续,将做退学处理。
If you fail to register within the first two weeks of the new semester, you will be deemed to leave the university without permission and expelled from the university.
学生如有需要请根据各年级辅导员通知进行费用缴纳。
Students shall make payment according to your counselor's notice.
签证与保险
Visa&Insurance
学生如有需要请联系辅导员办理签证延期,办理签证前须确保已购买来华留学保险。
Students shall contact your counselor for visa extension if need, before which you should make sure you have purchased the insurance for international students.
重要提醒
Special Attention
如个人信息有变化,如护照号码、邮箱等,请及时向辅导员报告。
If there is any change in your personal information, such as passport number, email address, etc., please report to your counselor in time.
