Notice on the registration of 2024 Fall Semester (Non-freshmen)

亲爱的同学们，现将2024年秋季学期开学相关事宜通知如下：

Dear students, we hereby inform you of the following matters concerning the start of the fall semester:

注册

Registration

新学期于9月1日开始，9月2日正式上课。所有学生须按时返校报到，按时参加线下学习，线下集中报到时间为8月27日-8月31日，地点为留学生管理办公室。请各位同学提前做好返校安排。

Fall semester starts from September 1. Classes officially start on 2 September. All international students should arrive at the university to register at office and attend class on time. (registration duration&venue: August 27-31, ISO) Please make arrangements for your return to school in advance.

需携带材料 Registration documents：护照 passport、学生证 student red book、成绩单 transcript (hard-copy)

因特殊原因不能及时返校报到的，需要在9月1日前填写请假审批表，得到授课老师或导师的批准后，交给辅导员。

Students who cannot return to school in time due to special reasons，need to fill in the Leave of Absence Approval Form before 1 September and submit it to the counsellor after obtaining approval from the lecturer or tutor.

费用缴纳

Payment

请同学们按照各年级辅导员的通知及时缴纳费用。

Students shall make payment according to your counselor's notice.

签证与保险

Visa & Insurance

请同学们认真检查各自签证和保险有效期。如需延期签证，请预约联系辅导员办理，办理签证前须确保已购买来华留学保险。

Students shall contact your counselor for visa extension if need, before which you should make sure you have purchased the insurance for international students.

Course Selection

*2021-2023 级本科生请阅读选科通知按时选课。

2021-2023 batch undergraduate students please read the notice on Course Selection as a reference.

重要提醒

Special Attention

开学‍2周内未办理报到注册手续，将做退学处理。特殊情况，请及时上报辅导员。

If you fail to register within the first two weeks of the new semester, you will ‍be deemed to leave the university without permission and expelled from the university. If there are special reasons, please contact your counselor before the deadline.

需要按照辅导员安排调换宿舍的学生，需要在新学期报到前完成宿舍搬迁。

Students who need to shift dormitory as arranged by the counsellor, need to complete their dormitory move before registering for the new semester.

如个人信息有变化，如护照号码、邮箱、住址等，请及时向辅导员报告。

If there is any change in your personal information, such as passport number, email address, living apartment address, etc., please report to your counselor in time.
