Notice for New Semester Registration (Procedure)

Dear International Students,

The new semester registration will be on February 25^th, 2018 (Sunday). Registration is very important as it is a renewal of studentship. If you miss the registration your studentship can be terminated. Please note the followings:

1.       Registration Place:

a)         Old Campus: Room 715， International Student Office (ISO), International College.

b)        New Campus: Room 226, International Student Office (ISO) Chang’an Branch. Cloud F Dormitory.

2.       Required Documents:

a)         Copy of Passport (1 copy of Information Page & 1 copy of Latest Visa Page)

b)        Student ID Card (Original Red Book for Registration Stamp)

c)         For Self supported students: Original & One Copy of each of Latest Tuition Fees Receipt & Dormitory Fees Receipt (If you live Outside Please bring the off campus house rent contract copy to submit)

d)        CSC Students who live outside please bring copy of your off campus house Rent Contract to submit.

4.       Please complete the excel document about ‘new semester students information’, download it from http://gjjyxy.nwpu.edu.cn/info/1080/3010.htm this link. Submit the document before 11:59 AM on 23^rd of February 2018 to your batch assigned responsible teacher. (Find Details in previous notice)

5.       If you are unable to do the registration on February 25^th 2018 then,

a)         Inform the responsible teacher of your batch.

6.       If you don’t inform your responsible teacher then you will be considered as absent.

7.       Please don’t get delayed more than two weeks, according to the rules of NPU if you haven’t done the registration within two weeks since the beginning of the semester your studentship will be terminated automatically. (This is applicable for the students who didn’t get permission for official leave from school, supervisor & international college)

8.       The monthly stipend will be stopped if the CSC Scholarship Students miss the registration. (Even they do the signature or finger print regularly)
