为进一步发挥奖助工作的目标导向、引领带动作用，激励学生努力学习、全面成长，根据学校《关于做好2018年学生奖学金申请评选工作的通知》要求, 结合国际教育学院奖助工作安排，现发布评选2017-2018学年吴亚军、粤港澳奖学金人选的通知。

In order to further promote the role of scholarships, and to encourage students to study hard and develop in an all-round way, according to the requirements of NPU's "Notice on the selection of 2018 student scholarship application", combined with the International College arrangement, the scholarship candidates selection notice for 2017-2018 academic year of Wu Yajun, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Scholarship is published.

一、参评人选Candidates

在西北工业大学学习不少于一年的在读外籍留学生，延期留学生不得参评。

International degree students who are studying in NPU more than 1 year can participate in this scholarship application. International students who have already extended their study and any short-term students cannot participate in the scholarship. Those students who have graduated cannot participate.

三、评选标准Selection criteria

1. 对华态度友好，在华表现优秀。

2. 遵纪守法，身心健康，全面发展。

3. 学习成绩优异，具备较强的学习和研究能力。

4. 除以上基本条件外，符合如下条件者，可优先推荐：

1). 科研能力突出，学术成果丰硕；

2). 积极参加学校或社会的实践活动，在中华优秀传统文化传播或促进中外人文交流方面起到突出作用，或在公益事业中有突出贡献；

3). 已有事迹报道或获得重大荣誉者。

1. Being friendly to China and performing excellently in China.

2. Obeying the law, being physically and mentally healthy, and developing in an all-round way.

3. Being academically excellent and having strong learning and research ability.

4. In addition to the above basic conditions, the school will give priority to those who meet the following two conditions:

1). The scientific research ability is outstanding and the academic achievements are plentiful.

2). Actively participating in the practice of the school or society; playing a prominent role in the promotion of cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries; have outstanding contributions in public welfare.

3). Excellent performance reported by the media, or received great honors.

四、申请程序Application Procedures

1. 个人申请（10月25-30日下午17:00）

2. 面试答辩和学校评审（10月31日）

  *10月30日晚通知答辩学生，答辩时需准备3分钟的PPT。

3. 校内公示（三天）

1. Self- application (Oct. 25 –Oct. 30, before 5:00 pm)

2. Interview and School Review (Oct. 31)

*Students who need to attend the interview will be notified on the evening of October 30. A 3-minute PPT is required for the interview.

3. Public Announcement (3 days)

3.在校期间的成绩单原件和学院出具的未挂科证明

4.所发表文章的检索证明、录用通知或参与发表专著的证明材料；

5.各类国家级、省市级比赛的获奖证明或专利证明；

6.担任学生干部或社团职务的证明；

7. 其他有突出表现的证明材料。

7. Other evidential materials for your outstanding performance.

六、申请办法Application method

请符合申请条件的留学生于2018年10月30日前，将完整版材料的电子版打包发送至邮箱iso@nwpu.edu.cn,邮件标题为“2017-2018scholarship application+学号”。纸质版申请材料送交至留学生管理办公室。
    友谊校区：毅字楼715室。

长安校区：云F227。

*逾期不再受理申请。材料不齐全者不予参评。

Foreign students who meet the requirements of the application please send the completed application materials to iso@nwpu.edu.cn, the mail subject must be 2017-2018 scholarship application+ student ID number. You also need to send your completed application materials to International Student Office before Oct. 30, 2018.
