Announcement Regarding the Organization the third "Belt-and-Road" Academic Forum of Engineering Science and Technology for International Students

为推动国际学生积极开展学术交流，发表高水平研究成果，西北工业大学国际教育学院拟举办感知中国——第三届“一带一路”工程科技国际学生学术论坛。现将有关事项通知如下：

To encourage international students to actively engage in academic exchanges and publish high - level research findings, International College of Northwestern Polytechnical University plans to hold the Encounter China - The 3rd “Belt and Road” Engineering Science and Technology for International Students Academic Forum. The information pertaining to the forum are shown as follows:

一、论坛时间：

2025年11月14日-16日

1.Forum Dates

November 14 - 16, 2025

二、论坛地点：

西北工业大学长安校区

2. Forum Location

Northwestern Polytechnical University – Chang’an Campus

三、论坛形式：

论坛开幕式和特邀专家报告、分组口头报告交流和墙报交流。

3. Forum Format

The forum will include an opening ceremony, keynote speeches by invited experts, group presentation sessions, and wall-poster presentations.

四、参会对象：

全国来华留学研究生

4. Participants

All currently enrolled international postgraduate students (Master's and Ph.D. candidates).

六、论坛奖项：

设立“优秀论文”、“优秀海报”“最佳论文”、“最佳海报”等。

6.Forum Awards

Establish categories such as “Outstanding Paper,” “Outstanding Poster,” “Best Paper,” and “Best Poster.”

七、报名流程：

（1）报名投稿：参加论坛的硕博士研究生须提交Word和Excel格式的个人简历和报告摘要（包括中文和英文，摘要字数大约200字），具体格式要求见报名表。摘要内容要求观点明确，文字简洁。投稿至本论坛的摘要仅用于制作摘要集，供参会人员交流，不影响相关成果发表。

7.Registration Procedure

(1) Registration and work submission: (Master's and Ph.D. students presenting in the forum must submit their resumes and abstracts of their presentation in Word and Excel file format (written in both Chinese and English, 200 words or less). The presentation topics should be relevant to the sub-forum, and the detail formatting guideline can be found in the registration form. The abstracts should be concise with clear arguments. Abstracts submitted to this forum will only be used to compile an abstract collection for exchange among forum participants, without affecting future publication of related research works.

（2）报名方式：报告申请人须将报名表发送至afeera@mail.nwpu.edu.cn

(2) Registration method: The presenting students should submit the registration forms to afeera@mail.nwpu.edu.cn

（3）录用：学院以邮件形式发送报告录用通知，未被录用的学生不再另行通知。

(3) Acceptance: The college will notify the selected Ph.D. /Master students via email. Those who are not selected will not receive a separate notification.

（一）截稿时间：2025年10月20日

（二）录用通知时间：2025年10月30日
