为做好大家在校期间交通安全管理，请各位同学在购买电动自行车前，提交电动自行车购买报备表。对于已经购买电动自行车的国际学生，统一补交报备表。

对于购买摩托车的国际学生，需提交摩托车审批表，通过审批后方可购买。对于已经购买摩托车的国际学生请按照要求完成审批流程。

Notice on E-Bicycle or Motorcycle Purchase Management

Dear Students:

For the consideration of safe transportation on campus, international students should submit an e-bike reporting form before purchasing an e-bike. For international students who have already purchased an e-bike, please report to your counselor as required.

International students purchasing motorcycles are required to submit motorcycle purchase approval form. For international students who have already purchased a motorcycle, please report to your counselor for approval as required.
