Notice on Nomination of NPU Outstanding Undergraduates 2022

为做好我校 2022 届本科毕业教育工作，充分发挥先进典型的示范和激励引导作用，营造积极向上的校园文化氛围，学校将在2022年毕业本科生中评选、表彰一批优秀毕业生，现将有关事项通知如下：

In order to promote the 2022  undergraduates education of NPU, give full play to the demonstration and encouragement of advanced models, and create a positive campus culture atmosphere, the university will select and commend a group of outstanding graduates among 2022 undergraduates. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

一、评选范围 Candidates

西北工业大学2022 届应届毕业本科生

Class of 2022 Undergraduates, NPU

二、评选标准  Criteria

1. 对华态度友好，在华表现优秀。

2. 遵纪守法，身心健康，全面发展。

3. 学习成绩优异，积极参加各类科技、学术和竞赛活动等，有较强的实践能力和创新能力。

4. 在校期间获得奖学金、社会活动奖学金或校级及以上奖励或荣誉。

5. 申报学生须在2022年6月10日前通过所有必修课程并通过毕业论文答辩，能够在2022年7月毕业。

6.有下列情况之一者不得参评优秀毕业本科生：在校期间违反国家法律法规或校纪校规的；在校期间有学术不端行为或弄虚作假行为的；培养过程中未按时完成相应阶段规定任务的。

7. 有特殊贡献和事迹者可以破格申报，须另附破格说明。

1. Being friendly to China and performing excellently in China.

2. Obeying the law, being physically and mentally healthy, and well-rounded development.

3. Being academically excellent and participating all kinds of science and technology, academic competition activities, having strong practical and innovation ability.

4. Be awarded academic scholarship, social activity scholarship or any other university level or above awards or honors.

5. Passing all compulsory exams and completing dissertation defense successfully before June 10, 2022, and graduating in July 2022.

6. One of the following circumstances cannot participate in the outstanding undergraduate students selection: violation of Chinese laws and regulations or school discipline; academic misconduct or false behavior during the university; failure to complete the tasks specified in the corresponding phase in time during the school.

7. Those who have special contributions will have priority. Please provide a detailed description to show your contribution.

三、申请程序 Application Procedures

1. 个人申请（5月25日-5月27日）

2. 个人答辩及学院评审（5月28日）

3. 学院公示（5月28日-5月30日）

4. 上报学校（5月30日）

1. Self- application (May 25—May 17)

2. Oral-defense and College Review(May 28)

3. College Public Announcement (May 28-30)

4. Report to University (May 30)

* Late applications will no longer be accepted.

四、申报材料Application Materials

1. 个人申请表（见附件1）

本通知最后附个人申请表填写指南，请按要求填写。请将表格打印到一面。

2.个人答辩PPT

3. 各类国家级、省市级比赛的获奖证明或专利证明；

4. 担任学生干部或社团职务的证明；

5. 其他有突出表现的证明材料。

At the end of this notice, there is a guide to fill out the application form. Please print the form on one side.

2. Personal Oral Defense Power Point.

3. Certificates or awards of various national- and municipal- level competitions.

4. Certificates of being student cadre or the member of the student organization.

5. Other evidence materials for your outstanding performance.

五、申请办法 Application Method

请符合申请条件的留学生于北京时间2022年5月27日18:00前，将完整的申请材料送交至长安校区留学生管理办公室（海天苑C201室）；电子版发送到 vicky-iso@nwpu.edu.cn；邮件主题为:学号+ 2022优秀本科毕业生申请。

*逾期不再受理申请。

 Candidates who meet the requirements of the application criteria shall submit the required application materials to International Student Office of Changan campus（Haitianyuan Building, C201）before 18:00 （GMT+8）May 27, 2022.

Please send the soft copy to vicky-iso@nwpu.edu.cn. The mail subject shall be: student ID number + 2022excellent undergraduate application.

* Late applications will not be accepted.
