关于评选2022届优秀硕博毕业生的通知

Notice on the selection of 2022 outstanding masters and PhD graduates

为做好我校 2022 届研究生毕业教育工作，充分发挥先进典型的示范和激励引导作用，营造积极向上的校园文化氛围，学校将在2022年毕业研究生中评选、表彰一批优秀毕业生，现将有关事项通知如下：

In order to promote the 2022 master and PhD graduates issues of NPU, give full play to the demonstration and encouragement of advanced models, and create a positive campus culture atmosphere, NPU will select and commend a group of outstanding graduates among 2022 master and PhD graduates. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

一、参评人选 Candidates Ratio

1. 硕士：2022 届硕士毕业生；

2. 博士：2021年 4 月 1 日至 2022 年 3 月 31 日期间毕业博士。

1. Master：Graduate in March 2022.

2. PhD：Graduated from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.

二、评选比例 Selection criteria

符合上述要求的学生中择优评选。

Students who meet the above requirements will be selected based on merit.

三、评选标准 Selection criteria

1. 对华态度友好，在华表现优秀。

2. 遵纪守法，身心健康，全面发展。

3. 学习成绩优异，具备较强的学习和研究能力。

4. 在校期间获得奖学金、社会活动奖学金或研究生单项奖等荣誉称号。

5. 申报学生须在2022年3月18日前通过答辩。

6. 有下列情况之一者不得参评优秀毕业研究生：在校期间违反国家法律法规或校纪校规的；在校期间有学术不端行为或弄虚作假行为的；培养过程中未按时完成相应阶段规定任务的。

7. 有特殊贡献和事迹者可以破格申报，须另附破格说明。

1. Being friendly to China and performing excellently in China.

2. Obeying the law, being physically and mentally healthy, and developing in an all-round way.

3. Being academically excellent and having strong learning and research ability.

4. Be awarded academic scholarship, first-class social activity scholarship or any other awards.

5. Must finish final defense before March 18, 2022, and can graduate in March 2022.

6. One of the following circumstances cannot participate in the outstanding graduate students’ selection: violation of Chinese laws and regulations or school discipline during the school; academic misconduct or false behavior during the school; failure to complete the tasks specified in the corresponding phase in time during the school.

7. Those who have special contributions will have priority. And a special description needs to be provided to show your contribution.

四、申请程序 Application Procedures

1. 个人申请（3月1日-3月4日）

4. 上报学校（3月11日）

五、申报材料Application materials

1. 个人申请表（见附件1）

本通知最后附个人申请表填写指南，请按要求填写。请将表格打印到一面，并在打印前将标红内容删除。

2. 个人信息表（见附件2）

  需提交纸质版个人信息表，并将电子版发送至 iso@nwpu.edu.cn。 邮件名为：学号+2022年优秀毕业生申请。

3.在校期间的成绩单原件

4.所发表文章的检索证明、录用通知或参与发表专著的证明材料（必须在老校区图书馆开具，请先在图书馆网站上提交申请）。

5. 各类国家级、省市级比赛的获奖证明或专利证明；

6. 担任学生干部或社团职务的证明；

7. 其他有突出表现的证明材料。

Note: At the end of this notice, there is a guide to fill out the application form. Please print the form on one side, and delete the content marked in red before printing.

2.Personal Information Form (Appendix 2—Personal Information Form 2022).

Note: A hard copy of the personal information form is required to submit. And send the form to iso@nwpu.edu.cn. The mail subject is: student ID number + 2022excellent graduate application.

3. Original transcripts.

4. Article retrieval certificate(should be printed from old campus library. Please apply on the library website in advance. Any wrong form will not be accepted）.

5. Certificates or awards of various national- and municipal- level competitions.

6. Certificates of being student cadre or the member of the student organization.

7. Other evidential materials for your outstanding performance.

六、申请办法 Application method

请符合申请条件的留学生于2022年3月4日16:00前，将完整的申请材料送交至友谊校区留学生管理办公室（毅字楼716室）；电子版发送到iso@nwpu.edu.cn。

*逾期不再受理申请。

International students who meet the requirements of the application shall send the completed application materials to International Student Office（Yizi Building, room 716）of Youyi campus before 16:00 March 4, 2022.
