根据研究生院相关部门评选2018年优秀毕业研究生通知，结合我校留学生实际情况，现将本次优秀毕业研究生的评选通知如下：
Based on the notification of Graduate School on selection 2018 Outstanding Master/PH.D Graduates Selection and combined the practical cases of international postgraduates, International College now notifies 2018 Outstanding Master/PH.D Graduates Selection as followings:
一、评选范围 Targets:
2018年3月30日前预毕业的硕士和博士研究生。4月1日—12月30日前毕业的研究生可预申报。
Postgraduates who will graduate by Mar.30, 2018. Those who will graduate from Apr. 1 to Dec. 30 in 2018 can pre-apply.
二、配额Quotas:
硕士4名Master quota: 4
博士1名Ph.D. quota: 1
三、评选标准Criteria:
1.遵守中国法律和西北工业大学校纪校规，品德优秀。
Abide by Chinese laws and NPU regulations; sound in academic performance and good campus conduct.
2.有较强的诚信意识和良好的学术道德。积极参加各类社会实践活动、志愿活动或学术文体活动，身心健康，综合素质全面，能力突出。
Have a good sense of honesty and keep good academic morality. Participate actively in all kinds of activities, including academic activities, social practices, volunteer activities, etc.
3.在校期间至少获得过1次一等学业奖学金、一等社会活动奖学金或学研究生单项奖等荣誉称号。有特殊贡献和事迹者可以破格申报。
Successful candidates should at least win first prize in academic scholarship once in NPU, first prize in social activity scholarship or individual scholarship,etc. The ones with special contributions can also apply.
4.成绩优秀，学术研究突出。平均学分绩在全年级的前10%。发表过学术文章，参加过学术会议等。
Outstanding inscoresand published researchpapers. GPA: top 10 among the same batch; significant research papers and oral presentations at international conferences,etc.
5.有下列情况之一者不得参评优秀毕业研究生：在校期间违反国家法律法规或校纪校规的；在校期间有学术不端行为或弄虚作假行为的；培养过程中未按时完成相应阶段规定任务的；未缴清各种费用者，比如： 学费，住宿费，保险费等。
Those who have committed one of the followings are not eligible to apply: the one who committed Chinese laws and NPU rules; dishonest in academic performance with falsification; without clearing all the fees, like: tuition fees, insurance fees, hostel fees,etc.
四、评选程序Procedures:
1.个人申请。符合评选条件的研究生，填写《西北工业大学2018届优秀毕业研究生申报审批表》。（详见附件）
Personal application. Download and hand in the application form (申报审批表in short in Chinese) if you are eligible. See the attachment.
2.上交成绩单以及学术成果复印件
Hand in copy of transcripts, copy of published research papers.
3.注意：请于2018年3月1日前将上述材料纸质版以及学费缴费单、住宿费缴费单、保险费缴费单提交至国际教育学院715办公室。
Attention: hand in application form, copy of transcripts, copy of published research papers, invoice for tuition fees, medical insurance, hostel fees,etc.to international office 715 before Mar. 1, 2018.
4.初步筛选。国际教育学院将初步筛选入围者名单。
Preliminary screening by International College.
国际教育学院将于2018年3月5日举行公开答辩。
International College will hold an open debate for the successful candidates from the previous steps on Mar. 5, 2018.
6.国际教育学院将根据学生的材料和答辩情况，综合评选，确定名单并将于2018年3月6日起公示3天。
International College will publicize the result of precious step for 3 days from Mar. 6, 2018 on.
7.上报研究生院进行审核。
Graduate School will finalize the list.
8.学校表彰。
Afterwards, the shortlisted candidates will attend the Annual Awarding Ceremony NPU.
