Notice for the Stipend Attendance Collection for May 2018
1． The stipend attendance for May 2018 will be collected from April 16th—25th 2018 in the working time of the international college. Students need to bring their student card to the International Student Office (ISO) for signature and finger printing.
Place:
Youyi Campus : Yizi Building, International Student Office, Room 715.
Chang’an Campus : Cloud F, International Student Office, Room 227.
2. If students are failed to give attendance within the specific time without a leave, the following month stipend will not be issued. Please download the ‘Leave Application Form’ from the website of International College. If there is a medical leave then the students must provide Hospital Diagnosis Certificate. If the students are intended to go back to their country for a specific period of time you must provide the Round Trip Ticket. Students leaving without permission will be informed to department of CSC in Ministry of Education and the scholarship will be suspended for the month without any reissue.
3. It is not allowed to sign or do finger printing using other methods on behalf of others. If a student is found doing such things on behalf of another student, at first the stipend of both students for the coming month will be suspended without any reissue. If the student will be identified doing it again this kind of act will be informed to the Department of CSC.
4. If your house rent contract is over please renew it within 25th April 2018 to the email of isostipend@163.com and submit a hard copy to your teacher in charge.
