To Whom It May Concern,

为促进中学教育和大学人才培养的有机结合，进一步加强我校与全球优秀高中合作，深化我校与全球优秀高中实质性交流，由我校举办的“2018全球优秀高中校长论坛”将于2018年10月11日至15日在中国西安举行。现将有关事宜通知如下：

The “2018 Global Excellent Senior High School Principals Forum” will be held by our University on October 11th to 15th, 2018, Xi’an, China. The forum is held in order to promote the dynamic integration of secondary education and the universities’ talents cultivation, further strengthen the cooperation of our school and globally excellent senior high schools, and deepen the substantive communication of our school with globally excellent senior high schools. Please pay attention to the following information regarding the forum:

一、会议时间：2018年10月11日-15日（共计5天）

I. Date: October 11^th to 15^th, 2018 (Totally 5 days).

二、会议地点：西北工业大学（中国·西安）

II. Venue: Northwestern Polytechnical University (Xi’an, China)

三、会议规模：中国教育部、国家留学基金委、陕西省教育厅相关领导，高中校长（每校2人）及相关单位代表，国内外来宾共计80人。

III. Participants: 80 participants in total, including leaders from China’s Ministry of Education, China Scholarship Council and Education Department of Shaanxi Provincial Government, senior high school principals (2 for each school), and representatives from relevant units as well as guests both at home and from abroad.

四、费用负担：西北工业大学承担高中一校一人的国际旅费、一校两人国际来宾会议期间食宿费、文化体验费等，其他费用与会单位自理。

IV. Expenses: The international traveling expense for one person from each senior high school is covered by Northwestern Polytechnical University, as well as the board, lodging expense, and transportation expense of international guests, while other expenses are undertaken by the participants.

五、报名时间：请各相关学校填写回执单（附件2）后于2018年5月30日（周三）前发至npuhighschool@163.com

V. Registration time: please fill in the acknowledgement of receipt (Attachment 2) and then send it to npuhighschool@163.com before Wednesday, May 30^th, 2018.
