报告简介:
1. The Beauty of GMCR
GMCR (Graph Model for Conflict Resolution) is a flexible decision technology for systematically studying real world conflicts, which can arise in engineering, international politics, business, and many other fields. This presentation introduces the basics of GMCR, including the fundamental technologies and advantages, as well as recent developments in methodology, decision support, and applications. A well designed case study is used to show the practicality and flexibility of this strategic decision making approach.
2. GMCR+: A Dynamic Decision Support System
Recently developed in 2014, GMCR + is a dynamic decision support system to assist decision makers in resolving real world conflicts. Combining both the logical and matric approaches, this system overcomes limitations in the previous version and also adds new extensions and capabilities. This presentation employs several case studies to demonstrate the features and procedures of conducting a conflict analysis through GMCR+.
