法国贡比涅技术大学(University of Technology of Compiegne)副教授Marion Risbet,应机电学院邀请来我校从事研究生全英文课程建设工作,计划于近期讲授“结构材料疲劳断裂”全英文课程,欢迎广大研究生和高年级本科生选修(旁听)学习。

讲授内容:

本课程主要介绍疲劳试验方法、疲劳断裂机理和疲劳设计的基本理论。主要内容包括:高低周载荷作用下的循环变形、开裂、疲劳行为和损伤机理,疲劳裂纹扩展速率和寿命预测,以及环境相互作用和加载条件(多轴、接触疲劳)对疲劳寿命和损伤机理的影响。着重讨论了金属合金的微观结构和包含破坏与断裂的疲劳行为之间的关系,后续工作将以此作为专题进行研究,例如,不同尺度下镍基合金的微观结构与疲劳损伤机理之间的关系进行研究。为了解严峻塑性变形情况下钢轨的滚动接触疲劳的疲劳机理,后续工作将提出针对性的试验程序。

The fatigue test method, the fatigue fracture mechanism and the basic theory of fatigue design are introduced in this course. The main contents include: Cyclic deformation and cracking, fatigue behavior and damage mechanism under high cycle and low cycle loading, fatigue crack growth rate and life prediction, the effect of environmental interactions and loading conditions (multiaxial, contact fatigue) on fatigue life and damage mechanism. A special attention is paid to the relationship between the microstructure of metallic alloys and the fatigue behavior including damage and fracture. Some research work will be presented as special topics. For example, the relationship between the microstructure of Nickel base alloys at different scales and the fatigue damage mechanisms will be addressed. Aspecific experimental procedure will be presented in order to understand the mechanisms that take place in case of rolling contact fatigue of railway steel during plastic severe deformation in service.

外教简介:

Dr. Marion Risbet received her Ph.D. from the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC) in 2002 and is currently Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of UTC. In 2015 she obtained the HDR diploma (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches / Accreditation to Supervise Research).

Dr. Risbet’s research interests are focused on understanding of mechanical behavior of metallic materials in relation to microstructure at mesoscopic and microscopic scales. She has conducted and participated in several research projects supported for example byFrench National Research Agency(ANR), and has published more than 20 papers in key journals such as ActaMaterialia,ScriptaMaterialia, International Journal of Fatigue,Materials Science and Engineering A, and major international conferences in the field of Materials and Mechanics.

In terms of responsibilities, Dr. Risbetis coordinator of experimental platforms for the Laboratory Roberval of UTC, and Head of the “Materials and Innovative Technology”Major (MIT) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
